Our Management Team

Stephen Page (Chairman)

Stephen, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, is the Chairman of Assets Recovered. His background includes sitting on and advising boards spanning a number of sectors. Aside from wide-ranging experience from senior roles, Stephen provides invaluable advice on new developments in corporate governance to Assets Recovered and other companies and associations.

Les Clarke

Les, a founder of Assets Reunited, has over 20 years senior management experience. With Assets Reunited, Les returned over £400m of assets to clients of some of the largest companies in the United Kingdom. Formerly with BT, where he successfully transformed two major business operations, as well as managing a BT business with a customer base of over 10 million people.

Daniel Rivers

Daniel is a Solicitor with a wide range of complex international litigation experience. He has a keen interest in financial services litigation. In his corporate work, Daniel advises a number of large organisations and high net worth individuals on domestic and international transactions. He has worked alongside other members of the board advising on key corporate governance and legislative changes affecting corporations.

Peter Bonisch

Peter has worked in a wide range of financial and corporate sectors and is one of the UK's leading commentators and advisers on risk and governance. He has also worked in, and advised, government sectors. Peter is a former National Director of Assurance Services for a top 4 accounting firm in New Zealand, where he was also President of the Institute of Internal Auditors. His earlier experience includes investment banking, venture capital, telecommunications, insurance and banking firms, and is a former micro-economist for NZ Treasury.

Julia Clarke

Julia is Head of Customer Services, and has over 20 years' experience both in financial institutions and with registrars, dealing with corporate and individual customers alike. As a founder of Assets Reunited, Julia was in charge of running large scale customer liaison projects that resulted in the return of over £400m of assets to clients of some of the largest companies in the United Kingdom.

Jonathan Jacob

Jonathan is a solicitor with many years' experience in financial services litigation and returning funds to those who have been missold shares through complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
